involuntary movement

my daughter take old and second generation of neuroleptic with cepramil anti depressive for one month ,after 2 month she developed sustaintongue protrusion with jerky movement,spasm of both arms and legs .she become soscial withdrawall now no any doctor visit her ,she is fatigue and freguent time per day the involuntary movement occur and excosted her ,i dont know what i do for her
