Abdominal Migraine?

Well, I usually have stomach aches and for that the doctor said I have this what she called Gastritis, and then, just yesterday, I felt a throbbing pain on my head so I readily thought it was migraine and so I searched up the net for migraine, I thought I should see its symptoms so I may have my own idea if my headache is even close to migraine . and then I read that “abdominal migraine” is related to gastrointestinal problems so I guess I might really be having the abdominal migraine haven’t I? and not the Gastritis, or both?
anyway, either way, I still have a health problem and I’ll see our doctor right away..
