Severe attacks

I was 22 years when I first suffer Migraines Now I’m 44 years.

It starts as pulses in the back of the head (at the right side of the neck), then severe pain around the right eye and the eye turns into red-color with continuous crying-like teardrops. Nasal severe pain. And right side of the head is going to almost explode.
The attack lasts around 1-2 hours, and it is so severe that I can not do any thing, I can not sleep, seat, stand…etc.

I suffered these attacks exactly 5 times in the last 22 years. Each time it lasts about a month period. During this month the attack comes in a certain time of the day and lasts for 1-2 hours.

I dont know what trigger these attacks, as I dont have any unusual activities before these attacks.

I used to take Cafergot, but currently I’m using Zomig.

I sincerely hope that noone would ever suffer such horrible pains.
