i was only 14 when i first get this disease. i do not know what is it before consult a qualified medical doctor on the same day. i thought it was only the common headache. i was vomiting for a several time and got headache at one side of my head. as it was my first time getting such a pain, i took 2 panadols instead of one as usual. i decided to sleep, thinking that i may reduce my pain. unfortunately i had difficulty in sleeping and got nausea. i went to clinic in the afternoon and the doctor told me that i go0t migraine i was very keen to know more about it so i asked her about the disease. she told that it may happen due to depression stress or improper eating habit(drink little water only).she gave me medicine and ask me to rest. after that day i started to get it quite often and still suffering from the disease until now.
