I have been a migraine sufferer for almost 20 years now. The horrible part is no one understands how draining it is on my life. How it comes up my neck and literally shuts me down and tells me how my day will be planned. I am always asking ‘why’….why do I have such a sensitive nose that can pick up any smell that will ruin my day( I can even smell someone smoking in the car in front of me…and their windows are up!)Why do I have to be careful what I eat to prevent a migraine? Why do I feel like ending my life when I’m experiencing an attack? My dream would be to never have migraines again!
