migraines with aura

Has anyone ever taken an anti-biotic and after a day or two develope a migraine headache? It really upset my colon for lack of friendly flora of which I have corrected. I think the colon and migraines are connected along with stress and ofcourse other triggers including light , food, low sugar, ect. I don’t like the aura. Migraines run in my family. I stopped taking the anti-biotic. I don’t know why the doctor gave it to me in the first place. I have no bactria infection in my body. A cold which is viral is what I had.
