To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download world class powerlifter has hd this is john my 1st story 7/07 i found out i have hd after going nuts and had a car acc. and nearly died.i will tell you what i was a big muscular and strong individual i thought nothing could take control of my life even after watching family members on my mothers side die a horrible death boy was i wrong it controlled my mind body and what every else it desired to.the reason for my story is if theres a chance you could have hd dont be in denial it will get you. there is no cure but you can get a grip on life before you hurt someone or yourself wind up in jail or cripple as myself. there are things you can do except the fact that you have hd get faith in your life get peace with yourself and others begin some exercise routine clean your diet up theres good supplements and foods that will slow the progression of hd have some help if you need it ive myself have improved over the years by having faith,working out,eating right,keeping peace with people i hope this helps someone god bless john Comments
