hello my name is j ohn my first story was wrote in july 07 on this web page im just giving a little up date ihavent had any delusional outburst as before and have sticking with a high antioxidant diet and doing a light exercise program as well as prayer time everyday trying keep piece of mind it all seems to be working im feeling beeter and would highly recomend this lots of hope for everyone with this foul disease love you all god bless john
