Huntingtons Disease

Huntingtons disease is in my family and has been for over 30 - 40 decades. My grandmother suffers from it and her only 2 brothers died from the disease. One 3 years ago and the other less than one month ago. My grandmothers father had 11 siblings and each one died because of this nasty disease that destoys familys and causes that much pain and heartbreak. I recently visited my cousins that are in there mid 20’s and both of them have Huntingtons Disease, to watch your family members deteriate in front of you is the worst thing imaginable. My grandmother is currently in a nursing home and I visit her whenever I can, but it is so heartbreaking to see her that way but I have to be strong. My mother has 50 percent chance of having the disease and if she has it than that gives me 50 percent chance as well, but I am not worried about me having it, it is if my children have it and every day I always think what if? But we have to live our day day by day hoping and praying that the disease has stopped in our bloodline but I know that isnt going to be true.
