To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download face spasms or medical term hemifacial spasm I have been under alot of stress lately and my face began to have spasms on the right side of my face (the left side to someone facing you). thinking that it was the beginning of a droopy face or Bells Palsy (someone in my ex-family has had this before) but this person never mentioned spasms.I began to keep a blanket on that side of my face to keep it warm and the spasms would stop. I would keep my face covered at night while sleeping this seemed ot help. I am a Massage Therapist and usely massage my face, but not ever having this before I decided not to.This morning i awoke and had a small blood vessel broken under my right eye. I havent had any spasms. I believe keeping my face warm with a blanket and the small broken blood vessel stopped me from having Bells Palsy I hope this helps someone else! Comments
