Bilateral HFS

I have a rare case of bilateral HFS, both of which developed very rapidly. I had left eyelid twitching in March 2007 that rapidly progressed to full-face tonus in July. Because of a commitment to an academic calendar, I was not able to have surgery until December 2007. Meanwhile, I started having twitching and spasms in my right eye. A couple months after the December surgery, the spasms again rapidly progressed to full face tonus by early April. I saw my neurosurgeon in May, had testing in June, and just had my right side surgery this week. I would be glad to answer any questions anyone might have about the surgery.
