Headaches cause me to get sick

I’ve been suffering with headaches that cause me to throw up my whole life, I’m now almost 22. I’m writing my story because I don’t know what to do and my headaches are a constant inconvenience on my mind. I feel like my life revolves on these headaches.

I have to pop pills like tylenol, excedrin, motrin, and aleve as soon as I get my headaches and lay down or else I will get sick no matter where I am and sometimes I’m at a place where there is no medicine or I can’t lay down. Its ruined/embarrassed me through my whole life I’ve gotten sick in cars, restaurants, class, basketball courts, movie theaters, I’ve even woken up throwing up and I just want it to stop. I don’t know why I get headaches they come very randomly.

I’ve never met anyone with this problem, but if anyone has had this problem please tell me what I could do or what I should stop doing possibly, I just want to live a headache free life.
