cant get any relife

my name is Lisa i suffer on a day to day base with headaches, there seems to be no relife insight for me. I get shots that only seem to last 3to5 hrs. then its back sometime worse than before. Drs and hospitals look at you as though you area drug seeker i finally have a mri scheduled for tomarrow but i often have to self medicate what am i to do?
