August 9, 2008 i was diagnoised with Guillain-Barre Syndrome. i had no clue what was happening, if i was going to die or what. i was sent to the rehab unit for physical therpy. i lived in the hospital for 2 months. things did get better, i went from using a sliding board to get to my wheelchair to now being able to stand up and slow transfer to it. i can walk with a walker or some kind of support to hold on too. its a little shaky but its getting there. so things do get better in time, trust me. im only 19 so it was really unexpected, everything.
