    It was the worst experiance of my life. It was the summer going into fourth grade, and I was involved in a day camp. And in the begining of the week, when we sat on the floor I realized I couldn’t get myself up!     On July 28,2007, I woke up and got out of bed at 7:30am. As I started to walk to the bathroom my legs gave out and I fell to the floor. Shocked as I was I attempted to get up. Again I fell to the floor and there was no pain…the only thing was that I could not function from my lower extremities. I laid there on the floor until my friend came over as I called her on her cell. I asked her to help me get into the shower for I had to go to the emergency room. [more..]
