ME TOO!

It started out as having headaches. Constantly getting shots. I could not get anyone to believe that my headaches and pain were not associated. Finally, the last straw. I saw a Doctor at Duke University Hospital. They diagnosed me from just looking over my 2″ thick history. Then they did the trigger point exam. The first was enough to convince them. Now into my nineth year, I wonder each episode, how can I stand this as I get any older. I work daily in pain that few can ever know. My job is a Med Tech at an Oncology Practice. ( Cancer Office) To see these Patients not knowing if they will live, seems to get me through each day. But, on my drive home, I get into a depressed state. Hours in traffic and then the hum drum of life. Only you my Fibro friends will ever know the pain. With me, the meds only help for a short period and then the pain rises its ugly head. GOD BLESS!
