I had the normal pains that most people have and then about a year ago I started working 2 jobs and quit working out. I gained about 40 pounds and woke up one morning laying down in bed and stretched and when I put my head back quickly something popped very louding and I started having neck spasms. I went to the doctor and he said that I had given myself whiplash and for the next 3 months the pain start to spread everywhere. Now granted I knew about my tender points previous to this pain I never really thought anything about it because I was a cheerleader and high school and we were all sensitive due to damage we had done to ourselves in those years but I was finally diagnosis with Fibromylgia. I’m only 26 years old. I want to have kids but with the daily pain that I have to deal with I don’t know if that will be possible. I quit my second job just recently and I’m hoping to start working out soon. I hope that this will help with my pain since I had no problem before I stopped working out. Comments
