Good day to everyone who is reading this… I just found out that I got fibromyalgia about 3 months ago. And now my life is falling a part and I’m very scared, and with this on top of it a have limy [lyme] disease for a year now. So my family says that they understand it but they dont. Now they are reading up on it. Thank you for your time.. Shannon

    I was dx as having fibromyalgia 15 years ago at the age of 40. after suffering pain for 10 years (couldn’t walk well,tired, pain every day) i began a journey to heal myself. slowly i forced myself to walk for exercise I began a yoga class i changed to healthier food and every day i told myself i was getting better and that i would have a good day. five years later i am almost pain free.
