Hi, My name is Zamil and I am 48 years old. At the age of 34, I felt that I have tremor on my hand. I went to doctor and the doctor suspected of having essental tremor as my brother and my mother have the same problem.

i am 34 year old nurse who first noticed my symptoms in nursing school. a twitching in my back…my arms..hands and legs. sometimes visible to others and sometimes i am the only one aware. i tire very easily and if i over exert i pay for it with the onset of more shaking.

I am 3rd generation famial tremor. Up to this point it has been relatively mild. However within the last couple of months it has progressed to the point where I have been told not to drive(makes sense I know but how to clip the wings)

My first experience was the 4th grade. I went to get my Cheerios off the counter and spilled them all over the floor. My dad popped me in the head and asked my why I was shaking. I didn’t know. Now I do.
