To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Handshaking very embarrasing I am a 57 male and for the past 6 years have been experiencing hand shaking when I write. The shaking gets worse when I am rushed, feeling stress in nervous or when someone is watching me write. This situation is very embarrassing now and I try and avoid writing as much as I can. I will avoid going to places if I know I have to fill out some application, or take notes in a Professional situation. Sometimes I feel I have panic attacks knowing I will be in a situation where I have to write and people will see how my hand shakes. I had no idea what was wrong with me until I saw your web site searching for a reason why my hand shakes when I write. My hand does not shake when I do other tasks and I can do very fine motor skill tasks very easy. My two boys also have poor penmanship but do not have any shaking. My Doctor said it was anxiety tremors but I did not purse any form of treatment. Do you think I have ET? What should be my course of action ? SOMEONE OUT THERE PLEASE HELP. Comments
