To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Head Tremors My family has noticed an increase in my head shaking the past few months. I am 70 and have had some of this for a few years, always inquiring of my Dr. who calls it ET but says nothing can be done. I avoid caffeine in any form. My main lifestyle change is drinking only from a straw, never in direct contact with the glass. I do not seem to have the same difficulty with hot liquids in a cup. I am experiencing some shaking in my hands, but it is not constant. Sometimes I can write as well as I ever did. After reading the symptoms of others, mine do not seem so bad by comparison. Usually I am unaware of my head shaking until someone mentions it. Sometimes my insides seem to be shaking as well. I guess stressful situations are sometimes the reason, but other times I see no relationship to that at all. Comments
