(7 years) I have grand-mal seizures so I do things like fall, drool on myself, and lose consciousness. When I seize it affects all of my body. Ive been seizure-free for a year in January, though Im not sure of the date One of my seizure triggers in photosensitive, like camera flashes So ive had to exclude myself from family events because they cant figure out how to take pictures without a flash. I think if i was a little kid I would be treated differently. Funny thing is people wouldn’t know I had epilepsy unless I tell them. I have no scars–so far–from the seizures. Just emotional one, which is worse in a way. But i survive. Comments
