I had an my first episode 3 nights ago. At home with my 3 children and they were very brave. When i came to the looks on their faces gave it away. I was very scared for them and me. I do remember some things. My 18 year old son yelling my name woke me up. I felt myself slipping back into one and outsmarted it. is that possible. Are migrane headaches in the same catagory?
