What happened?

Someone said I might have had a seizure All I know, is last Friday I felt my chest hurting. I have had problems in the past feeling my heart or chest hurting, abnormal ekg’s, only to return to normal and get told there is nothing wrong. For this reason, I didn’t think much about the pain.

Next thing I know, I have a huge, deep cut above my eye as well as a black, swollen eye. My tounge is swollen with a hole in the top as if I bit through it, and underneath loose skin as if I bit. I remember feeling nausa and pukeing. My entire body hurt for days as if I got hit by a car. I had blood in my urine that night and the following morning, but went away. I don’t know or remember what happened, I was confused for 2 days at least.

My friend came over that day. He said he knocked and I didn’t answer, but then he heard me cough so he came in. He said he asked me what was going on and I guess I told him I was just taking a nap as I was picking myself up off the floor with blood all over. He said he thought I was drunk because I was stumbleing, sweating real bad, and my speach. He’s a pastor, so he got angry and left thinking I was drunk. He came back an hour later and realized I had nothing to drink.

I started a new blood pressure medicine the day before, so I was thinking that maybe my blood pressure just dropped too much too quick, but I continue to take it, and I am fine. Someone said it sounds just like a grand mall [mal] seizure, especially because my muscles hurt so bad from my neck down to my ankles for no reason. I can understand my head hurting because I must have hit something hard falling. I do not know anything about seizures

Can anyone shed any light on my situation or any thoughts please? The day it happened seems like a dream, flashbacks of bits and pieces.
