To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Living with Epilepsy I was diagnosed in 1986 with seizure disorder. I was taken to the hospital one night because I woke my husband up shaking the bed, and although I looked awake I was in the middle of a seizure. After being diagnosed with an aspirin reaction, it took 2 full months to finally get the diagnosis. I was devasted, but went on medication. I have now been seizure free for 5 years, and although life has been a little challenging at times, I raised my kids, held down a demanding job, and finished college, all while being treated for epilepsy Comments
