Dealing with Encephalitis after 5 yrs.

Well, my child was diagnosed with Encephalitis in October 27,2002 he could’t walk,talk,swallow,chew or do anything for himself doctors had given up on him they said he would be a wheelchair bound child for the rest of his life.

But now almost 5 yrs later he’s doing everything they said he wouldn’t do if I don’t get another miracle in my life,I can truthfully say he is my once in a lifetime miracle although he’s still dealing with alot of issues that came after the encephalitis

And for those of you that believe in miracles I THANK GOD ALMIGHTY he’s still here,no matter what people say about him,or what his outcome is!!!!. I Love him anyway he’s my little miracle.

  • Japanese Encephalitis Virus - by PJ - (Tue, Oct 09 2007)
    My 2 year son is still in the hospital now for the past 2 and half months now. Doctor’s have diagnosed him with Japanese Encephalitis Virus. He can’t see, talk, walk and do what other toddler’s can do. He’s now under going OT and PT. Pitty that this is a very rare case in the country and this comes from a mosquito bite [more..]
