WRONG DIAGNOSIS ”HELP”

My father was first diagnosed with alzheimers then it was demencia [dementia]!!?? He is a veteran and was in the korian war. He has tremors and many other problems.1)paranoria 2)thinks people are steeling his medication and his personal items 3)memory loss short and long term 4)seeing things and hearing things that isn’t there 5)thinks there is listening divises in his home and in the doctors office 6)doesn’t trust anyone 7)doesn’t care who’s feelings he hurts.He has been able to keep his personal heigene up but not like before.I just wish someone could give me some advise or a physician outside the va if I can get him to go elsewhere.
