I have bouts of forgetfulness and I’m much younger. Her doctor decided to give her a new medication for dementia rather than assess her diet for a vitamin deficiency and other lifestyle patterns. In the last few weeks she has been nausiated, dizzy, and bouts of dirreah. Some days she is so weak that she can’t get out of bed because now she is too sick to eat. She still has memory problems. I have learned not to worry about my forgetfulness and keep my mind and body active. I think Drs that only think drugs are the answer are causing severe problems in elderly patients. Comments
