I dont feel well

I fell from a 6th floor apt. building. 3 yrs. ago. I was in a come [coma] for 7 weeks. Now I am having more problems then before, I was hoping to get some info on how it could be affecting me. the dreams and nightmares still affect me. I dont know if it is from the medication or isolation. I am not the same, after 20 surgeries everyone says how luckey I am…I dont feel 2 lucky
