    Hi, I am a diabetic and on the week of october 1,2007 i had a bad cold. On oct.4,2007 I failed to show up for work. I was passed out on my bedroom floor and my neighbour had to break in to get to me. I went to the first hospital and they said i had pneumonia and proceeded to intubate me but put the tube in the wrong lung and ended up giving me double lung infection. [more..]
