He suffered a traumatic head injury and went into a coma. The doctors said there was absolutely no hope and that we should say our good bye’s…we prayed instead…he held on and the doctors were forced to at least attempt surgery even though they were very hesitant due to the severity of his injury…well to shorten a long story…six months later he was again able to communicate…six months after that he was able to walk with the help of a walker…three months after that we were married and it’s now been almost ten years!
