In the early 50’s I was shot up in a mock ejection seat at Williams AFB, Ariz. It was a program to familiarize USAF pilots with the device. I was warned not to look down when squeezing the trigger, but did because it seemed to be taking too long before the seat fired. As I glanced down, kept head rigid, the seat went off. My chin hit my chest and I was looking down from 60 feet up. In 2000 I had surgery for a herniated disc (C4-5 & C5-6). For several years now I’ve been experiencing moderate to rather severe neck pain. I’m now taking Epidural shots about every two months. Some relief, not total. Comments
