age 50 and feels like 80

I first started with pulled hamstrings in my legs. then My hips went out of alignment, and then rotorcuff injury. and now it hurts everytime I walk. get up from sitting. and bending. and walking up stairs. The pain is so bad, yoga did help me. and motion exercise. I barely slept the night. I feel so old. my kids make fun of me because I cant walk or run . I am on a slow pace. I walk with a limp. more then anything I want to run. but cant. the pain in my legs is to bad. I have a great sports medicne doctor (stephen G. Rice) who has helped me , and now I can at least sleep, sometimes. people dont understand how it hurts so bad when I walk. for my age I should be able to run. I feel like my life has been cut short. I want to do more things, but the pain stops me. I have had so many x-rays, and MRIs. its hard living in pain day to day. I can see how so many people who have this get depressed. its like their life is over. but it good to know that we are not alone, maybe the doctors will realize our pain is real.
