To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Nerve entrapment during pregnancy I am a 32 year old woman and last year I had my first child after a very difficult pregnancy. The diagnosis was that the pregnancy caused a nerve entrapment. It was the illioinguinal nerve. That caused me a lot of pain and burning sensation in my low abdomen, genitals, and a hipersensibility in my belly and back. I could not get dress or be seated. I was like 12 weeks without a proper diagnosis under severe pain and receiving strong pain relieve medicine. When I got a diagnosis I was treated with Gabapentin, esteroids and vicotin. I tolerated my pain in order to reach my due date. My baby was born 4 weeks before my due date but was safe and healthy. Ten months after her birth I am still in pain and burning sensation sometimes. I am taking Lyrica but not always help. I would like to find an answer…I have seen a lot of doctors but my pain is still with me. I had an MRI and fortunately there is no permanent damage. Do no know other case like mine??? I need help!!! Thank you so much. Comments
