i have sufferered with chronic fatigue since iam 27 years old,at first i felt xtremely tired. low grade fevers , and it went on for months ,then it would be alittle better but most of the time i felt exhausted, i eventually went to the doctor , since i knew something was wrong and i tested positive for the epstein barr virus wich is chronic phatigue syndrome. i am now 40 years ols and still do suffer from this . it happens when im stressed out or after i virus it flares up again, i hate when i feel it comming on because no matter =how much rest i get , im still exhausted. i do try and rest , i feel the body is warning me so i do what it says and rest.
