To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download my wee miracle My son garylee was born 22/6/02 just three days early weighing 7lb .4. My prenantal care was good and everything was fine and well until i went into labour he did the toilet inside me and his heart rate went down which was worrying.when garylee was born the midwives let me hold him for a second then she wrapped him up and ran him to a doctor as he was taking fits. after i had woke up there was doctors telling me that they couldnt understand what was going on with him and that they were giving him some drugs to stop the fits.then there was an mri that they couldnt find anything on.the day after that the doctors were trying to prepare me for the worst telling me he may not make it. my son started to fight because after two weeks in intensive care he started to move and even suck from a bottle the doctors started to call him the miracle baby.i got him out of hospital and the hospital didnt say anything about cp or anything . then the next year i noticed he wasnt doin anyhting that he should have been and kept saying to doctors. garylee eventually got a mri scan when he was two and diagnosed with mild cp he has speech ,behavioral and visual impairment also his movements got some balance and co ordination problems but no matter what problems he has hes such a happy outgoing little boy he will give anything a go and is now starting to notice what he can and cant do. i wouldnt change him for the world.
