Live with the bells palsy

So im 18 years old and im in my senior year of high school. as you know the last year can be a stressful time due to college acceptances, test, prom, etc. one day i noticed that i had a really bad ear ache. so i just thought it was in ear infection about 3 days later i noticed a tingling and twitching feeling on the right side of my face.

this forum really helped me cope. i mean i cried every single day for two weeks straight. some of the stories on this forum really gave me hope so i want to give hope to those who may be dealing. my bells palsy lasted approximately a month before i noticed some facial movements. the first thing i could move was my right nostril once i noticed that i became more relaxed and gradually my facial movement came back… i can say right now my face is fixed about 96%.. i just want to give everyone hope.. you can get through this dont stess yourself realx.
