To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Bells Palsy since Mid March 08 Although I have had BP nearly 10 months! I have seen a steady improvement albeit exceedingly slow,my right eye still does not fully close and still waters sometimes and the right corner of my mouth is still not fully functional but now few people seem to notice and generally the view amongst my family and close friends is that it is 90% gone. I am still a little concerned that I may not make a 100% recovery, although the Neurologist I met with in May did say it could take up to a year………..so here’s hoping by March all will be back to normal.I have found very little physical discomfort throughout apart from the watering eye, however it is a ‘mental illness’ where you have to be both patient and strong and believe you will fully recover in the long term and try and not worry if your BP like mine goes on longer than most people. Any feedback, especially from long term sufferers would be most welcome. Comments
