To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download bells palsy!!! who? i woke up on fri morning to a nice cup of coffee. i got such a fright when i dribbled it all down my face and realized one side of my face wasn’t working properly! i got out of bed looked in the mirror and realized i couldn’t pucker or lick my lips- they just twisted to one side. i thought i’d had a mild stroke!! i went to gp who diagnosed bp. i had never heard of it before.in the last two days i have spoke to lots of people and most have known someone who has had this condition which has been a surprise and a little comforting to me. it is my third day and i keep waking up hoping it has gone away but no such luck. reading other peoples stories has helped but i realize i might have this a lot longer than i hoped. i’d also like to warn people with this to be careful when eating as on my first night with it i nearly choked to death on a piece of chicken! i hadn’t thought about my throat not working properly either! i started a new job last wk and have already had three days off with this..i’m thinking about going to work today i’m going to just have to deal with it and the funny looks from customers. nevermind at least it wasn’t a stroke and hopefully my face will straighten out in time.lets look on the bright side!
