A young mother..

by: Genevieve on Mon, Mar 03 2008

I had a migrane for 5 days when I started with a tingling in my face. My 2 o’clock in the afternoon I couldn’t talk and the right side was numb. My hubby rushed me to the er and they said it was bell’s. I’m a mother of 2 young girls 7 and 5. I have no choice abou going out. I usually volenteer at there classes but for a while I’m not going to. I don’t want to scare the kids. I can’t eat on my right side.

they gave me antivirals and steriods for 4 days. Has anyone else had a constant headache? I am having pain behind my ear (which I read is common), but is anyone else having a headache that isn’t going away. Is there anyway to tape my eye that maybe doesn’t look so bad?

My big problem right now is my eye. I wish I could just stay home but that’s not possible. Does anyone have any solutions that won’t make me look like a pirate? Thanks for sharing your stories they reallyhelp!

Hi Everyone, I got BP on Saturday March 15th- I am on my third trimester of pregnancy with twins and the doctors said that it could be related. Regardless, they gave me the antiviral and steroids, which I took religiously- they also said there is no proof that it works- which lead me to do my own research and open my mind to any possible different treatment.
