To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Coping with Bells Palsy I came down with Bells Palsy on Sept. 18,2007. It has been four months now and I have to admit I am just as nervous now as I was when it first started. I have tried the electro and massage therapy. My face is not as droopy as it was but I have the twitching or spasms still. I starting to think that this is going to be permanent. I am still very embarrassed so I do not go out, except to work because I have to. Everyone says that I have to be more patient but it is easier said than done. Just having a self pity moment.
