bells palsy

i was seven years old and at school one morning during an assembly, i started to sing all things bright and beautiful ,,,,to my horror my mouth was all directions and words not coming out right..i was taken to the doctors and diagnosed with bells palsy which was very painful… but my mom used to massage my face everyday and things returned to normal weeks later….i am now 42 years old and hope i never get again ….x
