I can’t make plans with friends never knowing how how I am pain wise walking becomes a shuffle along. I have been dealing with severe pain all my life in back/the neck has been since 1996 when a drunk driver caused a head on collision I went into windshield as a passenger if my life wasn’t bad already. I suffered head injury atlas rotated &shoulder rotated it was horrible but I lived not all did but this spinal stanosis only gets worse I had none in neck 6 years ago now 2 disks are 50%detereated &1 75% just over 6 years.I keep busy around the house with my 7 rescued ferrets,my pompom, lizards.cats,fish,&husband.I also have butiful flower gardens,I try not to think about it I have learned to focus on the good things I am alive.
