i was at work about four years ago, i was unloading a truck and i bent down and when i got back up i heard a pop. then about a month later i started hurting in my back. i went to the car practor [chiropractor] and it didnt seem to help. then i went to the doctor and they told me i had arthritic [arthritis] and i am too young to have that. well it never got any better. my left leg the last two toes went numb and my right leg i couldn’t feel hardly anything. i went and had a mri and come to find out i had a ruptured disk and had to have surgury [surgery] and my back still to this day is still in not good shape so wish me luck. i wish you all luck
