Something similar to Alzheimer

I’m David and my Grandma has a disease that is similar to Alzheimer. It’s not nearly as bad, but still influences her every-day-life by now. Her problem is that she sometimes forgets stuff she was told and her brain replaces it with something similar. Eg. I tell her we’d meet at 5 pm and she would forget it and think it was 6 pm. Another problem is that she doesn’t admit it to herself, that’s part of the disease as well.
I’m sure this must be really annoying for her and unfortunately it is for my family as well, although we’re learning to handle it. Please pray for my family if you read this.
